Nordic Education Experience

History

The growth and professional development of human resources in the society is based on the will of policy makers and the goals expressed in the basic documents. Learning based organizations provide numerous learning opportunities for their agents because they believe that learning is the basis of organizational development and excellence. These organizations – in the industry, services and production, provide opportunities by identifying and according their specific needs. Manufacturing, industrial and service organizations, in terms of their role in production or providing quality services, play a significant contribution to the safety and personal and social health, as well as improving quality of life.

Accordingly, Nordic Education Experience Institute was established in 2018 by the aim of improving level of organizational productivity, expanding the culture of quality and exchanging effective experiences with different countries. Achieving its goals, one of the institute’s strategies is empowering managers and human factors involved in quality and management. One of the most prominent needs of individuals and organizations in achieving success, is the acquisition and development of competencies. Given the leading countries in Europe, and especially the Scandinavian field in technology-related sciences and others, communicating and exchanging experiences with them is a necessity.

Holding training courses, study opportunities, sending students and implementing joint projects with such countries educational systems, improves learning opportunities for the society progress and development. For all companies and institutions, the optimal use of human resources is considered as an important management goal and the main axis of its development and investing on human resources to increase the efficiency, is a good solution to achieve it. Being aware, the Nordic Education Experience Institute has also created ideal conditions for people applying to participate and benefiting such opportunities.
